Onsite Services

Effective Monday June 1, 2020

This service is reserved for people with inquiries or complaints who are not able to access the Commission by email or phone.

Location

Milner Place, 32 Victoria St., Hamilton (across from Sears)

Walk-In Hours

Mondays and Fridays – 8:45am to 1:00pm
Wednesdays – 12:00pm to 5:00pm

 

Health and Safety Protocols Required Upon Entry

 

Wear a mask which covers the nose and mouth.
Anyone without a face mask will be provided with one.
Hand sanitizing
Temperature screenings
Physical social distancing

Officers continue to work remotely and are accessible to the public to provide balanced guidance to all stakeholders on human rights considerations and compliance during this challenging time.
